These terms apply when you use ClearCut.live.

Using ClearCut

You may use ClearCut for lawful personal or commercial work. You must have the right to use the images you process and remain responsible for the content you create or export.

The service

ClearCut is provided as available. Browser capabilities, device memory, model downloads, and image complexity can affect speed and output quality. We may improve, change, or discontinue features.

Your content

Your images are processed locally and are not submitted to ClearCut. We claim no ownership of your input images or exported results.

ClearCut Pro licence

A valid ClearCut Pro purchase grants the purchaser a personal, non-transferable licence to use the advertised Pro features on up to three activated browsers. You may use the exported results for personal or commercial work. You may not resell, share, publish, or circumvent a licence key or access control.

Founding lifetime access

Founding lifetime access means permanent access to the ClearCut Pro features available at purchase and improvements released for ClearCut Pro v1, for as long as ClearCut Pro v1 is offered and technically operable. It does not include separately priced cloud services, team plans, third-party charges, or a future major product unless we say so expressly.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Prices and taxes are shown at checkout. Refund requests are governed by our refund policy, including the 14-day refund window, and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

No warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or perfect results.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClearCut is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the service. For a paid claim, ClearCut's aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to that claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
