A purchase should feel safe, especially from a new product.

14-day refund window

You may request a refund for ClearCut Pro within 14 calendar days of purchase. Email hello@clearcut.live from the address used at checkout and include your order number if available.

How refunds are handled

Payments and refunds are processed by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Bank and card-network processing times can vary.

After 14 days

After the 14-day window, purchases are normally final. If a technical problem prevents the advertised Pro features from working and we cannot resolve it through reasonable support, contact us and we will assess the request fairly.

Licence access

A refunded or charged-back licence may be deactivated. Refunds do not affect image files already created on your device.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
