ClearCut's application code is independently written. Its ordinary production path uses the permissively licensed runtime components and model weights described below; optional evaluation models are identified separately and are not treated as production dependencies.

WithoutBG Snap models

The image matting and refinement model weights are provided by WithoutBG under the Apache License 2.0. The pipeline also includes a Depth Anything V2 Small derivative described in the Snap model repository. Model repository and licence.

Optional BEN2 evaluation

A disabled-by-default development build can evaluate the open BEN2 Base model through a revision-pinned ONNX Community conversion declared under the MIT License. It is not active in the ordinary ClearCut experience and remains gated pending additional provenance and device-performance review. Upstream model and licence. Pinned browser conversion.

ONNX Runtime Web

Browser inference uses Microsoft ONNX Runtime, available under the MIT License. Source and licence.

Other software

ClearCut also uses Next.js, React, Lucide, fflate, and other packages under their respective open-source licences. Package-level notices are available in the project's distributed dependency metadata.
